3 Tools to Organize Your Workflow

Do you ever wake up and start counting all the tasks on your to-do list for the day?

Asana is a project management application that works for teams of every size. There is an extensive library of templates to choose from when starting your first project, with categories for teams of every kind: sales, product, marketing, finance, and more!

Asana tool allows you to set due dates, assign tasks, and create custom tags for your to-dos. This allows your team to readily see task status and project deadlines without pinging you directly for answers.

At its most basic, Asana is a central location to host all your tasks, so you aren’t stuck looking through multiple emails or notes for your action items after your team’s morning standup.


There’s nothing worse than messaging back and forth for days to find a common time to meet with a client or team member. Calendly turns this interaction into a single email, saving you time and ensuring you are never double-booked.

With Calendly, you can create an interactive calendar that others can use to book meetings with you. This tool integrates with your digital calendar(s) to find free time blocks and hide times during which you are unavailable.

Calendly also allows you to time-block your weeks by choosing your availability. Do you want to make Thursday a no-meetings day? Do you prefer to have meetings before 4 pm? You can make this a reality using Calendly.


What if you could cut the repetitive tasks from your workflow while improving communication, efficiency, and productivity? As it turns out, you can “zap” those tasks right out of your life.

Zapier workflows (or “zaps”) can perform a multitude of tasks:
